The calendar revenue agency does not garnish your wages, they send a request to your boss which sounds like a threat but it's really not and then your boss just cowers and gives in to it because they don't care about you the only care about themselves.
I repeat myself, it is the CRA who simply issues a request and does not take your money, they are counting on the fact that your boss does not know anything about the law and will capitulate and simply give them money. Without a court order you can ignore every single request or demand Anyone and that includes the police.
